The MOST EXCELLENT customer service. I wish I had known to use them even sooner! The first phone call was extremely friendly, polite and most of all informative! My house it situated on a steep hill with no driveway and limited access… they were happy to accommodate.
When Randy first showed up he came with a fantastic attitude about adding extras on (even though I was his last cleaning for the day). He really went above and beyond, even helped me move some really heavy furniture from one side of the bedroom to another.
I was worried we might need new carpets, but he used his magic and they look brand new again.
The upholstery has never looked better!!

Daniel was on time, courteous and was shown the areas to be worked on. This included a chair that had stains I did not think would come out. He explained the process and his knowledge of different cleaning techniques and fabrics was impressive. It is clear that Daniel loves what he does and takes pride in his work. The chair turned out great as did my wool carpet on the stairs. Service over and above! Great job!

Brandon with premier did an excellent job of getting a doggy accident stain out of my carpet. The carpet looks brand new, smells fresh and clean and honestly, I cannot tell that anything ever happened to it. Brandon was efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough. They are the only company I will ever call
for help with my rugs.

I noticed that the premier carpet cleaning truck was parked at one of my neighbors. I needed my carpet cleaned so i called to make an appointment. Very friendly, easy satisfying. Day of my appointment Randy (Technician) texted half hour before with his photo and that he was on his way. Was punctual, friendly, very professional. It took him about two hours, but he made sure that my concerns were met. my carpet is very light colored all the stains had been removed everything looked great to me. I would highly recommend premier carpet cleaning they are very experience and professional

When my dog was a puppy she liked to pull carpet threads and left me with about 10 bald patches. The quote I received was spot on and reasonable. Randy did an excellent job with the repairs! He was friendly, professional, and very kind to said culprit of the carpet catastrophe, as she was very interested in what he was doing.
