Be sure to check around with other roofers and you will likely go elsewhere. Campbell Roofing was prompt to respond to our request for an estimate. The salesperson was nice and seemed professional but later we found out some of what he represented did not come true. Although they said they could get to us in a month or so, it took several months. The company is owned by Blake (who purchased the company a few years ago) and his brother. Blake is basically the office guy. We were told his brother was very experienced in roofing and would be at our home when the roof was replaced. Well, he did stop by but spent very little time. The crew spoke little to no English and the supposed supervisor spoke limited English. The crew was loud and not professional. Campbell Roofing said they use only two crews and have worked with them for about six years. Wrong! The Hispanic supervisors may have been, but the roofers are apparently hired each year. We had several issues with metal trim, damage to some tiles, caulking, trash in yard, etc. They say they do a final walk around but it is up to the homeowner to find and point out any issues. Really? How many homeowners know what is right or wrong on the installation of a new roof unless it is a completely obvious issue? Well after a few weeks things were supposedly taken care of. I guess we will see when we get heavy rain and later snow. If you use Campbell Roofing, be sure to get everything in writing. There are others who have had similar experiences to ours. Also, the gutter company they use tells you to contact Campbell Roofing for any issues and Campbell Roofing tells you to contact the gutters company. Also, the gutter company has voice mail, but it is always full so you can’t leave a message.

Campbell Roofing did an outstanding job on my roof. The roof was completed in one day. I called two other roofers and settled with Campbell roofing. No need to do anymore shopping for a great roofing company. The whole team was excellent!!!

Campbell Roofing is by far the most professional contractor in the area. This opinion is based on years of experience. Campbell reroofed all seven of our buildings when we lived out east in the Peyton area. The quality of their workmanship was outstanding to include their clean-up. Without hesitation, when we needed our three structures in town reroofed last year we called Campbell Roofing. You should too!

I want to recommend and tell everyone what a great experience I had with Campbell Roofing Inc!!! Holly, Josh, Kerric, Don, and Blake were awesome to work with. They kept me informed every step and supervised installation. They made sure my yard was clean. If you want your roof done right, call Campbell Roofing!!!

USAA preferred contractor — this company is awesome to work with. Great communication every step and they make sure all is done to perfection. I’ve used them now for 2 different house roofs (pro tip— Malarkey Legacy shingles are the best; hail bounces off of it, have used it for 3 house roofs) Thank you Patrick, Kerrick, Hollie, and the amazing crew!!
